摘要
依托海警舰艇勤务指挥仿真系统,设计、编制了海警舰艇勤务指挥仿真实验训练项目,对海警舰艇勤务指挥想定,以及实验准备阶段、实施阶段和分析阶段的内容作出说明。以想定在东海某海域根据执勤预案实施舰艇勤务指挥仿真训练为例,通过综合性教学实践与训练,培养学员的海警舰艇勤务指挥能力。实验后对战术指挥结果进行评估和检验,形成完整的海警舰艇勤务指挥训练/实验环节。
The simulation experiment is on effective means and assessment for tactical command training and research of China coast guard vessel. According to the operational plan, a simulation training is done around the settled island of the East China Sea by designing practice scripts on the tactical command simulation system. The experiment proves that the integration of teaching and training can improve students＇ tactical command capacity. Finally, the evaluation and test results for the training are scheduled to form a closed-loop simulation process.
