摘要
学习动机在非智力因素中处于核心地位,学习动机理论对教育教学有着重要的指导作用。从教与学的心理规律入手,以"学生为中心"的现代教学理念为指导,对电类基础课程进行深层次教学改革,尽可能地激发学生学习动机,还可以提高课程教学效果,更有助于推动人才培养质量全面提升。
Learning motivation is the core of non-intellectual factors.The learning motivation theory to guide teaching has the profound significance.Starting with the psychological laws of teaching and learning,the basic electrical courses reform is the wide-spread one.With the student-centered modern teaching idea,the students' learning motivations are stimulated significantly,and the teaching quality of courses is improved,further the overall qualities of talent cultivation are enhanced.
