The problems existing in the operation oI university open laboratories with collaborative innovation are analyzed and the operational mechanism of such laboratory is established from the following 4 aspects： innovation of a management mode, innovation of an open mode,innovation of a university-enterprise cooperation mode and innovation of an effect test mode. The four innovative modes are mutual-coordinative and interactive, and they have become the key for the open laboratory to cultivate the collaborative innovation talents by the combination of ＂Production-Learning-Research-Application. ＂
