摘要
以参加国家留学基金委组织的高等教育教学法研修项目为契机,在加拿大渥太华大学进行了系统培训。根据实地学习、教学观摩、走访调研,总结了加拿大高校工程实践教学特点;通过校内实践教学与校外带薪实习相结合,有效提升了学生的工程实践能力。加拿大高校的工程教育理念和模式能够给我国高等教育带来了新的启示,为培养卓越工程师提供了新思路。
With the participation of the Higher Education Research Program for Teaching Methodology organized by China Scholarship Council as an opportunity,a systematic training was carried out at University of Ottawa in Canada. Based on the field study, teaching observation and visiting research, the characteristics of Canadian engineering practical teaching are summarized. Through the combination of the practical teaching inside the institute with the paid practice outside the institute, the students' engineering practical ability is effectively improved. The concept and mode of engineering education in Canadian universities can bring new enlightenment to our country's higher education and provide new ideas for training excellent engineers.
