不同化疗方案治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床效果比较

Comparative Study on Clinical Effect of Different Chemotherapy Regimens in Treatment of Metastatic Breast Cancer

目的探讨不同化疗方案对转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月—2012年1月收治的乳腺癌100例,按化疗方案分为A组和B组,每组50例。A组采用氟尿嘧啶+表柔比星+环磷酰胺,B组采用表柔比星+紫杉醇,化疗2个周期后进行疗效评定。结果 A组总有效率低于B组,脱发、乏力、神经毒性和面色潮红症状较B组轻,生活质量优于B组(P<0.05)。结论 2种化疗方案治疗转移性乳腺癌均有效,表柔比星+紫杉醇总有效率较高,毒副反应较严重,患者生活质量较低。

Objective To investigate clinic effects of different chemotherapy regimens in treatment of metastatic breast cancer （MBC）. Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients admitted during January 2008 and January 2012 were divided into group A and B （ n = 50 for each group） according to different chemotherapy regimens. Group A was treated with Fluorouraci] ＋ Epirubicin Adriamycin ＋ Cyclophosphamide, while group B was treated with Epirubicin ＋ Paclitaxel. The effect was evaluated after chemotherapy for 2 cycles. Results In group A, the total effective rate was lower, and alopecia, fatigue, neurotoxicity and flushed face symptoms were lighter, and quality of life was superior than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion FluorouracJ] ＋ Epirnbicin Adriamycin ＋ Cyclophosphamide and Epirubicin ＋ Paclitaxel in treatment of metastatic breast cancer are effective. Epirubicin ＋ Paclitaxel has higher total effective rate, worse adverse effects and lower score of quality of life.
