摘要
以并行总线LPDDR3(low power double data rate 3sdram)为例,结合某手机芯片分别对其数据通道(DQ)及地址通道(CA)进行建模仿真,通过眼图测量分析得到影响信号质量的最佳参数组合,最终优化印制电路板(PCB)的设计.通过以上几方面的研究分析,再次验证并强调了不同PCB参数对关键接口信号的影响及其在高速电路设计中的重要性.
Taking the parallel buses of LPDDR3 (low power double data rate 3 SDRAM) as example and adjoining the chips of a cell-phone, the modeling simulation of its data queue (DQ) and chip address (CA) is carried out respectively, its optimal parameter grouping, which will have influence on signal quality, is obtained by means of analyzing the aperture diagram measurement,, and finally the design of printed circuit board (PCB) is optimized. Through the analysis of foregoing investigation in several aspects, the influence of different parameters of PCB on the key interface signals and its importance in high-speed circuit design are again verified and emphasized.
