再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料水稳定性试验 被引量:5

Experiment of water stability of asphalt mixture with recycled rubber particles

摘要 为了研究不同粒径(1~2.5mm和4~5mm)和掺量(质量分数为0%、1%、2%、3%)的橡胶颗粒对再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的水稳定性能的影响,采用真空饱水马歇尔试验和冻融循环(循环次数为0、1、2、5次)劈裂试验对未掺加橡胶颗粒和掺加了橡胶颗粒的再生沥青混合料的水稳定性能进行对比研究.试验结果表明:最佳橡胶颗粒掺量下的再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的浸水马歇尔残留稳定度和TSR均满足规范要求,水稳定性能方面掺加小粒径橡胶颗粒的再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料要优于掺加大粒径橡胶颗粒的再生混合料.随着冻融循环次数的增加,再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料TSR呈现出下降趋势,空隙率呈现上升趋势. In order to study on the influence of rubber particle with different particle size (1-2. 5 mm and 4-5 mm) and content (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%) on water stability of recycled asphalt mixture with rubber particles, the water stability of recycled asphalt mixture with and without addition of rubber particles was investigated by means of Marshall test and freeze-thaw cycle (0, 1, 2, and 5 times) splitting test. The test result shows that Marshall immersion residual stability and TSR of recycled rubber particle asphalt mix- ture with optimum content of rubber particle addition can meet the requirements of specification, The wa- ter stability of recycled rubber particles asphalt mixture with small particle size will be superior to that with big particle size. With increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the TSR of recycled rubber particle asphalt mixture will exhibit a downward trend and the gap rate -- a rising trend.
