对保理业务这一国际贸易融资方式应用于国内建筑走出去企业流动资金融资进行了探讨,提出保理融资方式最适于那些承接政府工程,资金稳定具有发展良好的成长型的建筑走出去企业,适合那些通过赊销所产生的债务,独立完成工程的总承包出口企业,信保项下保理业务流程,还分析了保理融资优点和局限陛。总结保理业务在出口企业融资方式的国际经验,并对建筑走出去企业应用前景进行展望。

This paper discussed the application of the confirming agent business internationalfinancing method in liquid fund financing of going-out domestic enterprise. It was proposed thatconfirming agent financing is the best choice for going-out architectural enterprises dealing withgovernmental projects and having stable capital, bright outlook and fast development, and it is alsoapplicable to general contract export enterprises who have debt due to credit sale and who finishproject independently. It introduced the confirming agent operation flow under credit insurance andanalyzed its advantages and shortcomings. International experiences of confirming agent business inexport enterprise financing were summarized and the application outlook in going-out architecturalenterprises was forecasted.
