摘要
在钢箱梁桥施工中,加铺高粘高弹应力吸收层可提高水泥混凝土与沥青混凝土铺装层之间的粘接和抗剪强度,协同层间变形;提高混凝土面板防水性能,防止水和除冰盐渗入导致钢筋网及钢板锈蚀;吸收耗散混凝土层伸缩(裂)缝处应力集中产生的能量,阻止裂缝反射到沥青混凝土层,提高钢桥面铺装层的耐久性。
During construction of steel box beam bridge, high-viscosity and high-elastic stressabsorbing layer could increase the bonding and shearing strength between cement concrete layerand asphalt concrete layer to adjust the deformation between layers; could improve the waterproofperformance of concrete face slab, avoid corrosion of fabric reinforcement and steel plate due topenetration of water and ice-removal slat; could absorb and dissipate the energy generated due to stressconcentration at expansion joint (or crack) on concrete layer, prevent the crack from developing to theasphalt concrete layer and strengthen the durability of steel bridge deck pavement layer.
