摘要
组织腐败是多人或团体通过不恰当的资源和途径追求自身利益的行为,相较于个人腐败具有更大的危害性、复杂性。本文通过对国内外现有组织腐败研究进行系统梳理,阐述了组织腐败研究的兴起,界定了组织腐败的类型,同时,从经济学、社会学、心理学等视角综述了组织腐败研究进展。最后,论文概括了我国组织腐败现状,并基于现有文献对组织腐败的防治方法进行研究。本文从不同领域、视角总结了组织腐败理论研究进展,研究的启示对于进一步厘清组织腐败根源,应对并遏制组织腐败现象,具有重要的借鉴意义。
Organizational corruption often refers to collective corruption or collusive corruption. It is a phenomenon when several officials form an alliance to jointly carry out corruption. Compared with individual corruption, organizational corruption is more destructive and it will result in greater economic losses. This paper reviews the emergence and development of the field of organizational corruption as well as the definitions of different types of organizational corruption. It also introduces studies at home and abroad from different perspectives,analyzes the status-quo of China's organizational corruption and proposes ways to control organizational corruption. The research achievements in the relevant research are useful for further study and to respond and curb organizational corruption.
