福建是我国南方重点集体林区,林业发展带来的生态优势是福建最具竞争力的优势。在福建自贸区建设的背景下,如何利用好自贸区负面清单制度加快福建林业开放发展,是一个值得思考的问题。文章首先介绍了自贸区负面清单管理模式以及有关林业的负面清单管理措施,然后探讨了林业负面清单管理措施的特点及对福建林业开放的影响,最后基于负面清单管理模式,提出了加快福建林业开放发展的对策思路。

Fujian is the focus of collective forest in southern China, the ecological advantage of forestry development is the most competitive advantage in Fujian. Under the background of the construction of Fujian Free Trade Zone, how to make good use of the negative list system of free trade zone to speed up the development of forestry in Fujian is a question worth thinking about. At first, the paper introduced the mode of FTZ negative list management and forestry related negative list management measures. Then discussed the characteristics of the negative list of forestry management measures and the effects on Fujian forestry opening development. Finally, based on negative list management mode, it proposed the countermeasures of promoting the development of Fujian forestry opening.
