Some Suggestions Regarding Deepening the Application of Big Data in Tax Administration

本文基于我国多个省市的大数据应用课题实践,提出在大数据应用的实践层面要明确分析目标,分清轻重缓急,制订分析主题目录库,要实现基于分析主题的精准数据供给和应用,必须强化数据治理,必须掌握以机器学习为发展方向的大数据分析方法。在此基础上,进一步指出要建设以云计算平台为运作形态的大数据中心,其实质是实现"数出一门"。

Based on the practice of several research projects regarding big data application in multiple provinces, the article indicates that analysis objective shall be specified, priorities be clarified in the practice of big data application, and the catalogue of analysis subjects shall be made. In order to realize the accurate data supply and application based on the analysis subject, data management shall be strengthened, and the analysis method of big data concerning machine learning shall prevail in the development direction. And finally, it further points out that big data center as the cloud computing platform shall be built up, whose essential purpose is to realize all the data be provided from one system.
