How Occupational Ability Might Have Influenced Large-Scale Growers' Agricultural Income?

文章从职业发展能力视角出发,利用黑龙江省和浙江省298户种植大户的实地调查数据,深入探讨了职业发展能力对种植大户农业收入的影响机理。研究表明:种植大户职业发展能力对农户的生产经营行为决策有显著的影响,生产经营行为在职业发展能力与种植大户农业收入水平之间发挥中介作用。具体而言,种植大户在耕地资源获取、劳动力投入、资金信贷、社会化服务供给以及社会交往方面能力越强,越容易调整经营规模。在风险应对能力和信息获取能力方面有优势的种植大户,更容易经营多个品种。种植大户在耕地资源获取、劳动力投入以及资金信贷方面的能力越强,越有可能加大农业生产投入。在耕地资源获取、资金信贷、风险应对方面的能力越强的种植大户越容易采用农业新技术。经营规模调整、农业生产投入以及新技术采用行为对种植大户的农业收入水平具有正向作用,经营品种选择行为对种植大户的农业收入水平具有负向作用。经营规模调整、农业生产投入以及新技术采用行为在职业发展能力与种植大户农业收入水平之间起中介作用。可见,种植大户根据自身能力优势,采取匹配的生产经营行为,将有利于提高自身的农业收入水平。

In the perspective of occupational ability,using the survey data of 298 large-scale farming households in Heilongjiang P rovince and Zhejiang P rovince,this paper examined the logical relationship between occupational ability and large-scale growers’agricultural income.The results showed that largescale growers’occupational ability has a significant impact on large-scale growers’operating behaviors;production and operating behaviors play a mediating role between occupational ability and largescale growers’agricultural income.Large-scale growers’large scale of adjustment behavior is influenced by the abilities of acquiring cultivated land,inputting labor,gaining capital,supplying social services,as well as social interaction.Large-scale growers’selection behavior of plant varieties is influenced by the abilities of risk treatment and information acquisition.Large-scale growers’adjustment behavior of agricultural production input is influenced by the abilities of acquiring cultivated land,inputting labor,and gaining capital.Large-scale growers’agricultural technology adoption behavior is influenced by the abilities of acquiring cultivated land,gaining capital,risk treatment and learning.largescale growers’behaviors of large scale of adjustment,agricultural production input and agricultural technology adoption have a positive effect on large-scale growers’agricultural income.Large-scale growers’selection behavior of plant varieties has a negative effect on large-scale growers’agricultural income.Some production and operating behaviors play a mediating role between occupational ability and large-scale growers’agricultural income.It can be concluded that large-scale growers should take appropriate actions according to their ability advantages.It will help improve their level of agricultural income.
