中德职业学校专业课教师培养比较及启示 被引量:2

Comparison and Enlightenment of Professional Teacher Training in Vocational Schools in China and Germany

摘要 职教师资是构建现代职业教育体系的关键性因素。中德职业学校专业课教师培养在培养机构、入学条件、培养层次、专业及课程、实践实训等方面存在着可比性及差异性。为了提高职教师资培养质量,我国可借鉴德国职业学校专业课教师培养的经验。我国职业学校专业课教师培养应重视职教师资培养机构建设、重视职教师范生生源质量、增强职教师范专业吸引力、延长培养年限、提高学历层次、强化实践能力的培养,增加实习时间,改革课程结构,提高教育学课程比例。 Vocational teachers are key factors of constructing modern vocational education system.There are comparability and differences between Chinese and German vocational education teacher training in the training institutions, enrollment conditions, training levels, professional and curriculmn, practical training, etc. In order to improve the quality of vocational teacher training, we can learn from the experience of Germany. China's vocational education teachers training should attach importance to the construction of the training institutions and quality of students, increase the attractiveness of vocational normal education, extend the length of training of vocational normal students, improve vocational normal students" educational and degree level, improve the practical ability of the training, increase the internship period, perfect the curriculum structure and improve the proportion of pedagogy courses.
