摘要
迎宾三路隧道采用国内最大直径的土压平衡盾构下穿正在运营的上海虹桥机场工作区。工程具有隧道穿越区沉降要求高、隧道直径大、穿越距离长等特点。针对工程的特点,从隧道的盾构选型、设计和施工等方面进行了研究,提出针对性的措施,并进行了隧道施工引起的地面沉降有限元分析和现场实测。结果表明,隧道穿越所产生的变形影响满足机场的变形要求,采取的一系列措施是积极有效的。
Yingbin Road three tunnel undercrossing the Hongqiao Airport was constructed with the largest EPBS(earth pressure balance shield) at that time in China. This project has the characteristics of strict settlement control, large cliameter of tunnel, long distance of undercrossing. In the light of the construction characteristics,the selection of shield machine,tunneling design and construction are analyzed and discussed in this paper,some measures are put forward. The results of finite element analysis and field monitoring verify that the settlement control can meet the requirements of the normal airport operation,and the measure of tunneling design and construction are available.
