摘要 随着高度超过400m城市综合体建筑的迅猛发展,为保证结构安全稳定,超高层建筑大多采用劲性结构来提高其承载能力及抗侧能力,钢板剪力墙结构因此而产生。然而,这种结构形式给超高层建筑施工带来了新的技术难题,对钢板剪力墙劲性结构的安装精度控制、整体变形控制、工序穿插控制、混凝土开裂控制等日渐成为施工过程质量的关注焦点。通过成都绿地东村8号地块超高层项目T1塔楼工程实例介绍了多专业穿插核心筒钢板剪力墙的施工技术,主要包括超长超宽钢板剪力墙分段、深化设计、吊装、焊接等。 With the rapid development of city complex building height of over 400 meters,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the structure,the stiffened steel structure is used to improve the carrying capacity and the lateral capacity of super high-rise buildings. Steel plate shear wall structures are thus produced. However,this structure has brought new problem to the construction of high-rise buildings.The quality control of steel plate shear wall,such as the installation precision control,the whole deformation control,the process control and the concrete cracking control,have become the focus of the construction process quality. In this paper,the construction technology of multiple professional insertion of core tube with steel plate shear wall is introduced through T1 tower engineering example of the Chengdu Green Village No. 8 block of high-rise project,including ultra long and wide steel plate wall segment,deepening design, lifting, welding and so on, hoping to provide technical reference for subsequent similar projects.
