产业园区整体推动清洁生产审核的有关问题探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE INDUSTRIAL PARK AS A WHOLE TO PROMOTE CLEANER PRODUCTION AUDIT ISSUES

近年来清洁生产在企业层次的推广成效显著,但具有一定的局限性,其审核仅关注生产过程。文章在探讨区域清洁生产理论的基础上,结合产业园区内实际情况,探讨如何将审核时仅关注生产过程向产品的全生命周期和服务拓展,促进产业园区清洁生产的推行,取得更好的环境、经济效益。完善了清洁生产审核的内容,为园区企业清洁生产审核工作提供参考。

In recent years,enterprises in the cleaner production level of promotion achieved remarkable achievement,but some limitations existed,the review concerned only with the production process. Based on discuss regional cleaner production theory,combined with the actual intra-industry park,the paper explored how to focus solely on the production process when reviewing the full life cycle of products and services to expand and promote the implementation of cleaner production in the industrial park,and to obtain better environmental and economic benefit. The content of cleaner production audit was improve to provide reference of clean production audits for enterprises in the park.
