摘要
基于消费者视角,在对跨境电商乳制品进口模式进行分类的基础上,分析了各模式在商品、信息、物流、售后和支付5个纬度的优劣势,进而对消费者进行模式选择提出建议。
Based on the analysis of patterns for the importation of dairy products under cross-border e-commerce. This paper studies the strengths and weaknesses of different patterns form aspect of commodity, information, logistics, customer service and payment. Then puts for- ward suggestions for mode selection of consumers.
