摘要
建立了活菌型乳酸菌饮料中乙醇质量浓度的气相色谱检测方法。采用乙腈沉淀样品中蛋白质,离心后取上清液用强极性的CD-2560(100 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,并以保留时间定性和峰面积定量。该方法简便、快速、实用、准确,可用于活菌型乳饮料中乙醇质量浓度的快速检测。
Gas chromatography is established to determine the athanol contents of beverage with live lactobaeillus.Take acetonitrile to precipi- tate sample protein,take supernatant hquid after centrifugation,separate by capillary gas chromatographic columns with CD-2560 (100 m× 0.25 mm×0.2 μm), detect by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and have retention time and peak height or peak area.This method is sim- ple, fast, practical and accurate, and can be quickly used to detect ethanol content in the milk beverage with live bacteria.
