Effect of Ce and Nb microalloying on high temperature annealing of Si-oriented silicon steel

摘要 利用金相显微镜观察晶粒尺寸的变化,利用X射线衍射(XRD),测定实验钢的宏观织构,分析织构类型及变化规律.实验结果表明:在高温退火时,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒尺寸呈先增大后减小的趋势,Ce有利于高温退火过程中形成尺寸较大的晶粒.高温退火温度为1 210℃时晶粒尺寸最大,含Ce(1~#)实验钢平均尺寸在2.21 mm,局部有3.25 mm的大晶粒出现,不含Ce(2~#)实验钢平均晶粒尺寸为1.22 mm.添加Ce有利于高温退火后高斯织构的形成,选取织构密度范围(2,4,6,8,10)时含Ce(1~#)实验钢高斯织构密度10.1在φ1方向偏离约5°,不含Ce(2~#)实验钢高斯织构密度8.0在φ1偏离约20°. The effect of Ce on the microstructures and microstructures of 3% Si-oriented silicon steal after high -temperature annealing was studied by using a tube furnace in the simulated annealing process. The grain size was observed by metaUographic microscope. X- ray diffractian (XRD) was used to determine the macroscopic texture of the samples, and the types of textures and the variation laws were analyzed. The experimental results show that the grain size first increases and then decreases with increasing the annealing temper- ature, and Ce is favorable for the formation of large size grains during high temperature annealing, with the largest grain size obtained at annealing temperature of 1 210 ℃. The average grain size of Ce ( 1#) test steel is 2.21 mm, the local grain size is 3.25 mm, and the average grain size of 2# test steel without Ce is 1.22 mm. The Gaussian texture density of Ce ( 1#) test steel in the range of texture density (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) is about 5° in φ1 direction , and the Gaussian texture density (8.0) in the absence of Ce (2^#) is about 20° from φ1.
