摘要
为了减少钢厂新水取水量,降低吨钢耗水量,解决总排来水污染物种类多、成分复杂、难以处理等问题,对某钢厂总排污水处理中心进行改造,采用高密度沉淀池作为超滤膜组件的前处理,在运行过程中调整混凝剂投加量的多少、改变搅拌机转速和控制污泥的回流比,使其达到最佳运行工况.可有效降低水中浊度和有机物污染,减轻后续超滤膜组件的处理负担.
The reform of the Sewage Treatment Center at a steel plant was proposed to reduce fresh water consumption and water con- sumption per ton of steet, and to solve the difficult problem that the composition of all drainage was too complex to deal with caused by too many kinds of contaminants. The best operating condition was achieved by using the high-density Settler as a pretreatment of ultra- filtration membrane module system, adjusting the dosing quantity of coagulant,changing the rotational speed of mixer,and altering the control of sludge return ratio. These measures could not only decrease the turbidity, content of organics and other pollutants, but also alleviate the processing load of subsequent uhratiltration membrane module.
