英国的家庭医生签约制度已有百年历史,在促进社会稳定、保障个人健康权、实现公共卫生安全和资源合理利用方面有着显著意义,为美国、加拿大、法国、爱尔兰、新加坡和我国香港地区立法提供了借鉴参考。完善的家庭医生签约制度是推进基础医疗保健服务的前提;本文深度剖析了英国家庭医生签约立法背景、主要内容、发展现状和影响,冀为推进和完善我国当前家庭医生签约制度提供参考。
Family doctor sign system in Great Britain has a history of one hundred years, and has significance in promoting social stability, protecting personal health right, implementing public health safety and reasonable utilization of resources, and provides a reference for the legislation in the United States, Canada, France, Ireland, Singapore, and Hong Kong. A sophisticated family doctor sign system is the precondition of the basic medical and health services, this paper deeply analyzes legislation background, main content, development status and the influence of family doctor sign system in Great Britain , aiming at providing detailed reference for promoting and perfecting current family doctor sign system in China.
