Research on Financing Support Countermeasures for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Lianyungang

中小企业是我国经济结构的重要组成部分,连云港市中小企业融资难的问题,已经日益成为制约其生存与发展的"瓶颈"。以连云港市中小企业融资扶持对策为研究对象,基于对连云港市中小企业融资扶持政策调研的基础上,客观分析了连云港市现有中小企业融资扶持政策,针对目前连云港市融资扶持政策方面存在的不足,从完善融资服务体系、整合扶持手段、加强信用体系建设以及拓宽融资渠道等方面提出完善连云港市中小企业融资扶持对策的建议。

The small and medium-sized enterprises are important parts of China＇s economic structure, while the financing problem has become the bottleneck increasingly restricting the survival and development of enterprises.Taking financing support countermeasures of small and medium enterprises in Lianyungang as the research object,the paper made an analysis of the existing financing policies in Lianyungang based on support policy research,weakness of the current financing support policies, and suggestions on how to improve financing support countermeasures in Lianyungang from the perspectives of perfecting the financing service system, integrating the support means, strengthening the construction of credit system and expanding the financing channels.
