摘要
鉴于高职院校家庭经济困难大学生受助后仍然因为贫困的负面作用而影响其身心全面发展,政府、学校和社会应积极行动完善现行高职院校助困体系。进一步明确高职院校助困体系中各主体的责任,实行"模式多元、社会参与、资志结合"的原则,注重发挥政治辅导员在助学帮困工作中的作用,从助困育人的角度对完善高职院校助困体系提出了具体建议和对策,力求助困工作达到提升受助学生个人综合能力的目的。
After students with financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges are aided, the negative effects of the poverty still affect their physical and mental development, so the government, schools and the society should actively improve the existing supporting system in higher vocational colleges. From the angle of helping poverty students and promoting learning, specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to upgrade the students' personal comprehensive abilities, namely further clarifying responsibilities of all main bodies in the student aid system, implementing the combination principle of Multimode, Social Participation, Aid and Encouragement and putting focus on the roles of counselors.
