高职汽车专业校企联合办学管理模式研究

Research on School-enterprise Joint School-running Management Mode for Automobile Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

根据国家加快实施创新驱动发展战略的最新若干意见,要构建创新型人才培养模式,开展校企联合招生、联合培养试点。从高职汽车专业校企联合办学的意义与核心问题为切入点,在连云港职业技术学院汽车专业已经实施的工学交替模式基础上,详细分析了校企联合办学中两种管理模式相切合的五大主要问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,为学校人才培养新模式的构建提供了有益了的参考。

According to the latest opinions on accelerating the implementation of national innovation driven development strategy, the training mode of innovative talents will be constructed and school-enterprise joint enrollment and training experiments will be carried out. The paper elaborates the school-enterprise joint school- running significance and key problems of Automobile Major. Based on the work-study alternation practice of Automobile Major in Lianyungang Technical College, detailed analysis of the five main problems between two kinds of management modes is made and corresponding solving measures are put forward, to provide the beneficial reference for the construction of a new mode of personnel training in Lianyungang Technical College.
