体育高职院校实训基地发展现状研究

Research on Development Situation of Practical Training Base of the Sports Vocational College

为了提高体育高职院校的人才培养质量,服务于一方体育产业乃至区域经济的发展,采用文献资料法、特尔斐法、实地调研、个别访谈等研究方法分析体育高职院校实训基地建设情况,研究结论:体育高职院校实训基地建设总体呈现不足,部分院校缺乏校内实训基地,部分院校实训基地功能单一,缺乏硬件和软件设施,利用效率低;校外实训基地建设不够,表现为校企合作深度和广度不够,使学生实训、实习流于形式。

Document-datamethod, questionnaire, field research and individual interview are employed to analyze the situation of practical training base construction of sports higher vocational college to improve the quality of talents training in these colleges so as to serve the development of local sports industry and the economic development of the whole region. It is concluded thatthe overall construction of practical training base is insufficient, with some colleges lacking training base inside the college and some starved of versatile function and both the hardware and software facilities, suffering from low utilization efficiency. As for the training base outside the college, the college-enterprise cooperation is inadequate in both its depth and breadth and the students＇ practical training isnothing more than a formality.
