我国股权众筹的风险识别与防范

Research on Risk Identification and Prevention of China's Equity-based Crowdfunding

近年来,基于"双创"政策与"互联网+"战略的推进,股权众筹发展迅速,为缓解中小微企业"融资难"问题发挥了积极的作用。但由于我国股权众筹尚处于发展初期,在实际融资过程中面临着诸多风险。论文主要采用文献研究法和比较分析法,对我国股权众筹融资过程中三大参与主体面临的风险进行系统分析,进而提出相关的风险防范建议。

In recent years, the rapid development of Equity-based Crowdfunding has played a positive role to ease the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises with the help of the policy of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation ＂ and the promotion of the strategy of ＂Internet plus＂. However, many risks exist in the actual financing process due to the fact that China＇s equity-based crowdfunding is still in the early stages of development.This paperconducts a systematic analysis on the risks of the three main participants of China＇s equity-basedcrowdfunding and puts forward the relevant risk preventions with the employment of the literature research method and the comparative analysis method.
