摘要
阐述屏边县林科所2006年营建的秃杉无性系种子园营建的园址选择、规划、无性系配置方法和栽植密度,砧木定植、接穗采集、嫁接、种子园管理等技术,并于2016年7月对建园效果进行了调查、分析评价。结果表明:秃杉无性系种子园砧木嫁接成活率达90.1%,嫁接植株保存率达83.1%,嫁接植株正冠率达99.7%;平均树高、胸径、冠幅和枝下高分别为4.48 m、10.32 cm、2.80m、1.43 m;目前嫁接母树生长健壮,但未见结实的植株。
This paper elaborated the technology of clonal seed orchard constructed in July 2016 from aspects of site selection, planning, clone configuration method and planting density, root stock planting, scion collection and grafting, and seed orchard management. The analysis evaluation showed that the grafting survival rate of Taiwania flousiana clonal seed was 90. 1% , and the grafted plants survival rate was 83. 1% , and the crown rate of grafted plants was 99.7% ; The average tree height, diameter at breast height, crown breadth and under branch height was 4.48 m, 10.32 cm, 2.80 m, 1.43 m respectively; The grafting trees grow strong, but not seen fruiting plants.
