对云南省新农村建设与乡村生态旅游发展相结合的思考

Combination of New Rural Construction and Rural Ecological Tourism Development in Yunnan Province

目前全省各地结合精准扶贫、精准脱贫大力实施新农村建设工程。作者通过实地调查、访问发现,在云南省新农村建设中缺乏长效的脱贫机制,藉此,以昆明市晋宁区夕阳乡小石板河新农村建设为例,提出新农村建设应进一步加强基础设施建设、生态环境保护、森林康养培育、特色产业发展、民族文化挖掘、互联网+培植等与乡村生态旅游发展的配套设施,从而建立起精准脱贫的长效机制。并进一步提出将新农村建设发展与生态旅游、智慧农业紧密结合,科学规划,开展实用技术培训等实施对策。

At present, Yunan Province conducted new rural construction project integrated with targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty overcome. By using the spot investigation, this paper found that the new rural construction was lack of long - term poverty alleviation mechanism. Whereby, this study put forward countermeasures such as further strengthen the infrastructure construction, ecological environ- ment protection, and forest health cultivation; developing characteristic industries, national culture and Internet ＋ implantation and rural eco - tourism, then established long - term mechanism to reduce poverty. Therefore, the paper put out implementation measures to combine new rural construction with ecologi- cal tourism, the wisdom agriculture, etc.
