Humanized Landscape Design of Jiangbeicheng Business District,Chongqing City

我国商务区环境仍存在着许多问题,例如,活动空间混乱,缺乏场所感和文化性,场地中服务设施少,交通环境人车混流,停车设施欠缺,环境污染,噪音污染等,缺乏对人性化的考虑,忽视了使用者的需求。文章以重庆江北城商务区为例,从人性化的角度出发,分析并总结其景观规划设计中的人性化体现如以人为本,安全、高效、人车分流的交通道路,宜人的开放空间,生态化的自然环境,具有地域文化特色的景观等,以此探讨商务区人性化建设的一般方法。

There are many environmental problems at the business district in China, such as confusion of activity space, lack of culture sense, little service facilities in the site, mixed flow of people and vehicles in traffic environment, lack of parking facilities, environmental pollution, noise pollution. The design ignores human considerations and the needs of users. In this paper, taking Jiangbeicheng Business District of Chongqing as an example, it analyzed and summarized the humanized expression in the landscape planning and design from the point of view of human nature e.g. people first, safety, efficient, traffic road of man and car separation, pleasant open space, ecological natural environment, local cultural landscape and so on. Therefore, the paper also discussed the general method of humanization construction in the business district.
