“一带一路”背景下谈陶瓷艺术专业“艺术+外语”复合型人才培养

Cultivating Integrated Talents Mastering both Art and Foreign Languages in the Ceramic Art Majors under the Background of One Belt and One Road Strategy

随着国家"一带一路"战略的不断深化,作为具有对外交流传统的陶瓷艺术专业也迎来了发展的新契机。本文从陶瓷艺术专业和复合型人才的内涵出发,结合以往"传承式教育"与"学院式教育"的不同,分析"一带一路"国家战略对陶瓷艺术专业类人才外语能力培养带来的机遇与挑战,针对现实需求提出了在"一带一路"背景下"艺术+外语"的陶瓷艺术人才培养模式,理性定位,复合培养,以期为国家培养更多符合社会经济生活需要的陶瓷艺术专业人才。

Along with the deepening of national strategy of One Belt and One Road, ceramic art major, which has a tradition of exchanging with foreign countries, also sees the new opportunity of development. This paper, starting from the connotation of ceramic arts and inter-disciplinary talent, combining with the difference from the previous ＂inheriting type education＂ and ＂school education＂, analyzes the opportunities and challenges for the ceramic art talents＂ foreign language ability training brought by the One Belt and One Road strategy, puts forward its talent cultivation model under the background based on the current demand. More ceramic art professionals meeting the needs of social and economic life of our country are expected to be cultivated through rational positioning and compound cultivation.
