It is said that ＂Ceramic-making in XinPing town originated from the Han dynasty＂. Jingdezhen has a history of 2000 years in ceramic-making. Ceramic, as the foundation of Jingdezhen, with its unique, rich historical and cultural resources, provides a broad space for the modem ceramic development of the city Jingdezhen. At present, Jingdezhen, as the ceramic art center, attracts many famous scholars of ceramic art at home and abroad to come here to visit, create and pilgrimage. Therefore, to study modem ceramics development of Jingdezhen and help the city connected with the world will be good for the excellent Jingdezhen ceramic cultural heritage. At the same time, problems in the development of modem Jingdezhen can be clear and then be solved. Based on the history, the paper analyzes the development of Jingdezhen ceramic in modem times, and also expounds profile of Jingdezhen ceramic development in modem times.
