摘要
根据宽带接收机对带宽、动态、处理速度等指标的需求,设计了一种新型的ADC器件AD9680的宽带高速全数字接收机。利用其数字下变频模式完成抗混叠的中频信号输出,通过JESD204B通道配置,达到高效高速的数据传输能力。仿真结果表明,该设计在1GHz的采样时钟下可以实现5Gbps的数据传输速率。
This paper gives a design of a wideband, high-speed full digital receiver based on the new AD9680 in accordance with the requirement of bandwidth, dynamic and processing speed. With anti-alias IF Signals output in DDC mode, high speed data transmission is realized through JESD204B channel configuration. The simulation result shows that 5Gbps data rate may be achieved by sampling signal at 1GHz.
