摘要
本文主要介绍第一台IGZO的98英寸超高清7680×4320/120Hz液晶电视的关键技术研发,并结合超高清电视国际标准ITU-RBT.2020（08/2012）,着重研讨了该8K液晶电视原型机的图像处理、液晶面板驱动、信号处理和接口等创新技术。
This paper mainly introduces the key technology development of our first IGZO 98- inch 120Hz LCD TV with ultra high-definition of 7680 × 4320. In consideration of the ITU-RBT. 2020 （08/2012） international standard for UHD TV, the paper dis- cusses the innovative technologies of image processing, LCD driver, signal process- ing and interface of this 8K LCD TV prototype.
