摘要 量子点发光分为光致和电致两种方式,在显示领域具有独特的优势和广泛应用前景,是值得重点研究的新一代显示技术。分别研究量子点LCD和QD-LED两种新型显示技术和实现方法,提出量子点电视的相关技术标准,给出熊猫55吋量子点LCD样机实测色域相关数据,通过对比量子点LCD与OLED,QD-LED与OLED及LCD这几种显示方式的主要性能,展现量子点显示技术的优越性。 Quantum dot luminescence can be divided into PL and EL, which has unique advan- tages and wide application prospects in the display field. It is the new generation display technology which is worth studying. This paper studies the new technology and implementation of QD-LCD and QD-LED respectively, puts forward the relevant technical standard of quantum dot TV, and gives the data of the measured color gamut of Panda's 55-inch QD-LCD prototype. By comparing the main per- formances of QD-LCD with OLED, and QD-LED with OLED and LCD, this paper also gives the advantages of quantum dot display technology.
