电子产品表面贴装智能车间方案的探讨

摘要 本文主要针对目前企业多品种、多批量生产的迫切需求,将信息技术、先进制造技术与现代管理技术相结合建立了基于智能对象的面向电子产品表面组装车间的制造执行系统。对表面贴装过程进行实时数据采集与监控、运行状态数据提取,并进行可视化处理。解决计划层与设备控制层脱节的现状,实现双向通信。全面提升产品设计、工艺、制造、检测、物流、信息化等产品全生命周期各个环节的智能化程度,旨在提高企业的生产效率和生产质量,提高电子电路板制造的快速反应能力,提升电子制造保障能力和自主创新能力,降低运营成本,在国内表面组装智能车间行业起到智能制造的示范作用,引领行业发展。 Aiming at the urgent requirement of paper, combining information and multi-variety and large-batch production, advanced manufacturing technologies this with modern management technology, establishes a manufacturing execution system fo- cusing on SMT workshop of electronic products based on the intelligent object. The system can implement real-time data acquisition and data exaction of monitoring operation in SMT process, and make visual processing. It can also solve the problem of planning layer out of touch with device control layer, and achieve two- way communication. The intelligent degree of the entire product life cycle including design, technique, manufacture, test, logistics and informatization may be im- proved, which will reduce the operation cost and improve the production efficiency and quality, quick response ability of electronic circuit board manufacturing, as well as electronic manufacturing support capability and independent innovation abil- ity. The system will play an exemplary role of intelligent manufacturing in domestic intelligent SMT workshop industry, and lead the industry development.
