摘要
为缓解我国结构材主要依靠进口的现状,对三种国产规格材及国产齿板进行拉伸试验,分析其破坏形式、承载力和延性。结果表明:在荷载平行于木纹方向时,兴安落叶松节点延性最好,进口云杉节点延性最差;在荷载垂直于木纹方向时,日本落叶松齿板节点延性最好,兴安落叶松节点延性最差。
Dimensional lumber from Larix kaempferi, Larix gmelinii and Picea sitchensis were selected and jointed with domestic truss plates, respectively, to test joint failure, ultimate load carrying capacity and ductility of the jointed components. Testing results indicated that with loading parallel to wood grain, Larix gmelinii dimension lumber joints presented the highest ultimate load canting capacity and the Picea sitchensis dimension lumber joints showed the lowest. Under loading vertical to wood grain, Larix kaempferi dimension lumber joints presented the highest ultimate load carrying capacity and Larix gmelinii dimension lumber joints showed the lowest.
