摘要
人工林是当前我国木材供应的主要来源,其材质问题限制了应用。糠醇树脂改性是一种环境友好的木材改性技术,具有改性剂天然可再生和对生物、环境毒害小的独特优势,为国内外学者广泛关注。作者系统总结利用糠醇树脂木材改性技术的机理、工艺、性能及影响因素的研究现状,以期为糠醇树脂改性技术的产业化提供借鉴。
Plantation grown forests have become the main wood resource in China. However, poor properties of the wood from this resource restrict wide applications of the wood. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out modification to improve performance. As an environmentally friendly wood modification technology, wood furfurylation shows unique advantages, such as, being a renewable resource and having low eco-toxicity. A systematic summary on wood modification with furfuryl alcohol resin was presented including modification mechanisms, furfurylation processes, furfurylated wood properties and other relevant factors. Suggestions on wood furfurylation were provided for industrialization of the technology.
