The applications of technologies for treatment of mercury-containing waste water and waste acid, for recovery of vinyl chloride tail gas and for recycling of carbide slag slurry in vinyl chloride synthesis were introduced. The waste was recycled, product benefits were maximized, and clean production was ultimately reached.
