摘要
使用ABT生根粉,研究其对杂交鹅掌楸嫩枝扦插生根能力及生根相关氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同ABT生根粉浓度影响杂交鹅掌楸嫩枝扦插生根差异显著,以500mg·L^(-1)浓度的ABT生根粉处理效果最好。ABT生根粉处理对杂交鹅掌楸嫩枝扦插生根相关氧化酶活性影响较大,能够显著提高POD、SOD、PPO活性和MDA含量。
The softwood cutting rooting ability and rooting related oxidase activity of Liriodendron chinese xL.tulipifera were studied by materials treated with ABT. Result indicated that the softwood rooting traits among Liriodendron chinese xL.tulipifera cuttings were significantly affected by different ABT concentration treatments, especially 500mg.L-1.The activity of POD, SOD, PPO and the content of of MDA during softwood rooting process of Liriodendron chinese xL.tulipifera were increased significantlyby ABT treatment.
