利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核临床效果

Clinical effects of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary

目的对利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核临床效果进行分析。方法收集2015年2月~2016年12月肺结核患者50例。采用随机数字表法,随机分为利福平组和利福喷丁组两组各25例。利福平组采用利福平治疗,利福喷丁组采用利福喷丁治疗。比较两组患者肺结核治疗总有效率;白细胞降低以及胃肠道反应发生率;治疗前和治疗后患者天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平以及谷氨酸氨基转移酶水平的差异。结果利福喷丁组患者肺结核治疗总有效率高于利福平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利福喷丁组白细胞降低以及胃肠道反应发生率低于利福平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平以及谷氨酸氨基转移酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后利福喷丁组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平以及谷氨酸氨基转移酶水平升高幅度更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核均有一定效果,但利福喷丁效果优于利福平,且不良反应较少,患者耐受性良好,对肝功能的影响较小,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into rifampicin group and rifapentine group with 25 cases in each.Patients in rifampicin group were treated with rifampiein,and patients in rifapentine group were treated with rifapentine.The total effective rate of tuberculosis treatment was compared between the two groups.The incidence of leukopenia and the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions were compared.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of tuberculosis treatment in rifapentine group was higher than that in rifampicin group （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of leukopenia and gastrointestinal reaction in rifapentine group was lower than that in rifampicin group （P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the levels of aspartate aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase.The level of elevation was lower,（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rifapentine and rifampicin have a certain effect in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,but the effect of rifapentine is better than that of rifampicin,and the adverse reaction is less.The patient is well tolerated,and the effect on liver function is small,and safety is high.It is worthy of promotion.
