摘要
目的研究并探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年9月期间我院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作患者作为研究对象,采取单盲随机分组法将患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用特布他林、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床总有效率、症状缓解时间、肺通气功能指标、血气分析指标。结果经治疗,观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的各项症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肺通气功能指标、血气分析指标均明显改善(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后的肺通气功能指标、血气分析指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作患者采用特布他林与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗的疗效显著,不仅可有效加快症状缓解,还可有效改善肺通气功能、血气状况,有利于稳定病情。
Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of Terbutaline combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute episode. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute episode cured in our hospilal from January 2013 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each according to single blind randomization method. Patients in control group were treated with rountine treatment, and patients in observation group were treated with Terbutaline combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of routine treatment. Clinical total effective rate, symptom remission time, pulmonary fimetion index, blood gas analysis index of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the remission time of symptoms of observaiton group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the indexes of pulmonary funeti,on and blood gas analysis of the two groups were significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). However, the indexes of pulmonary function and blood gas analysis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of Terbutaline combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute episode is significant. It not only can effectively accelerate the symptoms, but also can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function, blood gas status. It is conducive to stable condition.
