护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果及黄疸指数的影响

Clinical effect of nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice and its impact in the icteric index

目的研究针对黄疸患儿实施早期护理干预措施,观察疾病治疗效果及对患儿黄疸指数的影响。方法将我院在2015年3月~2016年3月收治的46例黄疸患儿,按照入院先后顺序将其划分为一般组与干预组,每组包括患儿23例,一般组接受疾病院内常规治疗措施,干预组在一般组基础上实施全面的护理干预措施,观察治疗效果及黄疸指数、观察患儿家长满意度。结果一般组治疗有效率为65.21%,干预组较高86.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一般组病发后第1、3、6天时黄疸指数分别为(6.92±1.90)mg/dL、(8.79±1.32)mg/dL(13.29±1.10)mg/dL、均高于干预组(6.08±1.76)mg/dL(8.24±1.24)mg/dL(9.06±1.20)mg/dL,、、第1天与第3天黄疸指数结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组黄疸消退用时较少,一般组较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一般组患儿家长对于临床服务满意度为69.57%,干预组为95.65%,一般组低于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿实施基础治疗过程中增加全面护理干预措施,大部分黄疸患儿治疗情况较好且黄疸消退时间较短,黄疸指数不高,幼儿家长对临床护理满意度较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of early nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice and its impact in the icteric index. Methods 46 neonates with jaundice treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission time of hospital with 23 eases in each group.Patients in general group were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,patients in intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing care.The clinical effect,icteric index and the family＇ s satisfaction were observed. Results The effective rate of general group 65.21% was lower than that of intervention group 86.96%（P 〈 0.05） .After 1d,3d and 6d of attacks,the icteric indexes for general group was （6.92 ± 1.90）mg/dL, （8.79 ± 1.32）mg/dL and （13.29 ±1.10）mg/dL.And the ieteric indexes for intervention group was （6.08 ±1.76）mg/dL, （8.24 ± 1.24）mg/alL and （9.06 ±1.20）mg/dL.The results were not statistically significant between first days and third days,P 〉 0.05. The disappearance time of jaundice for general group was longer than that of intervention group （P 〈 0.05）.The family satisfaction for general group 69.57% was lower than that for intervention group 95.65%,（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care has an obvious effect in neonates with jaundice.h can shorten the disappearance time of neonatal jaundice,and reduce the icteric index and improve the family＇ s salisfaetion.
