摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒超声对妊高征胎儿宫内窘迫的诊断价值,以将有效依据提供给孕妇妊娠结局的改善。方法选取我院2015年5月~2016年6月收治的妊高征胎儿宫内窘迫孕妇60例,将这些孕妇作为研究组,另选取我院同期接收的正常产检及围产期保健孕妇60例作为对照组,对两组孕妇进行彩色多普勒超声检查,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,调整探头频率为2~6MHz,同时将适合产科的分析软件配备出来。然后对两组孕妇进行彩色多普勒超声检查,然后对其UA、MCA、RA的S/D、RI、PI进行统计分析。结果研究组孕妇MCA的S/D、RI、PI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),UA、RA的S/D、RI、PI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),异常胎心率、异常胎动发生率70.0%(42/60)、66.7%(40/60)均显著高于对照组8.3%(5/60)、10.0%(6/60),P<0.05。结论彩色多普勒超声对妊高症胎儿宫内窘迫的诊断价值较高,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in intrauterine fetal distress of pregnancy induced hypertension, so as to provide effective basis for the improvement of pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women. Methods 60 cases of pregnant women with intrauterine fetal distress of pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study group, and another 60 cases of pregnant women received normal prenatal and perinatal care in the same period were selected as control group. All the pregnant women in the two groups were given color Doppler ultrasound. The color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument was used. Adjust the probe frequency was 2-6MHz, at the same time, it was equipped with obstetric analysis soflware. Then patients in the two groups were performed by color Doppler uhrasonography, and then the MCA, RA S/D, RI, PI were statistically analyzed. Results The MCA S/D, RI, PI of the st^dy group were significantly lower than those of control group(P 〈 0.05). The UA, RA S/D, RI, PI of the study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P 〈 0.05). The abnormal fetal heart rate, fetal abnormal incidence of the study group were 70%(42/60), 66.7%(40/60), which were significantly higher than those of control group with 8.3%(5/60), 10%(6/60), P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in intrauterine fetal distress of pregnancy induced hypertension is high, so it is worthy of promolion and use in the elinical.
