风险护理管理模式在CT室和磁共振室护理管理中的应用分析

目的探讨风险护理管理模式应用在CT和磁共振检查室中的护理管理效果以及应用价值。方法选择2016年4~8月期间于我院CT和磁共振检查室受检的230例患者作为本研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规的检查室内护理模式,而实验组患者给予风险护理管理模式,记录下两组患者的检查室内护理情况,护理风险事件发生情况以及护理满意度等。结果实施风险护理管理模式的实验组患者,护理风险事件发生率以及投诉事件发生率均显著低于采取常规护理的对照组患者,而护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险护理管理模式应用在CT和磁共振检查室中可以明显降低护理风险事件的发生率,大幅度提升患者的护理满意度,值得在临床大力推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect and application value of risk nursing management model in CT room and magnetic resonance room nursing management. Methods 230 patients examined in our CT and magnetic resonance examination rooms from April 2016 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and c, ontrol group. Patients in control group were given regular indoor nursing mode, and patients in experimental group were given the management model of risk care. The indoor nursing care, the occurrence of nursing risk events and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were recorded. Results The incidence of nursing risk events and the incidence of complaints in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing care of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Risk care management model in the CT and MRI examination room can significantly reduce the incidence of care risk events, improve the patient care satisfaction significantly, and it is worth promoting the clinical application.
