寻常性银屑病患者的治疗方案研究

Study on the treatment plan of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的研究复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病,对IL-17A和Th17表达情况的影响,同时探讨复方甘草酸苷与疗效的相关性。方法选择2014年3月~2015年11月在我院接受治疗的寻常性银屑病患者86例,其中包括观察组43例,对照组43例。其中观察组采用复方甘草酸苷联合抗组胺药治疗,对照组采用抗组胺药进行治疗,检测两组患者治疗前后的IL-17表达水平以及外周血的Th17。结果两组患者治疗前的IL-17和Th17含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3周后观察组的IL-17和Th17表达程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3周后观察组的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的IL-17和Th17表达明显,推测它们可能是复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的表达机制。

Objective To study the compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and its effects of IL- 17A and Th17 expression, and to explore the correlation of compound glycyrrhizin and curative effect. Methods 86 patients with unusual silver blood disease methods from March 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected, including 43 cases in the observation group, the control group 43 cases. Patients in control group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with antihistamine treatment, patients in observation group were treated with antihistamines combined with medication for treatment, the expression of IL-17 in peripheral blood of Th17 of the two groups before and after treatment were detected. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment on IL-17 and Th17 （P 〉 0.05）. After three weeks of treatment, the IL-17 and the expression of Th17 of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment on PASI score （P 〉 0.05）, and three weeks after treatment, the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of vulgaris silver blood disease of IL-17 and Th17 expression is significant. It suggests that they may be compound glyeyrrhizin in the treatment of the expression mechanism of unusual silver blood disease.
