表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料对糖尿病足患者的治疗效果及药理作用探究

The rapeutic effect and pharmacological effects study of epidermal growth factor combined with nano silver dressing in treatment of patients with diabetic foot

目的观察表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料对糖尿病足患者的治疗效果,并对其药理作用进行探究。方法随机选取我院2015年7月~2016年7月收治的100例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级糖尿病足患者,随机数字表法将其分为表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料组(观察组)和常规外科换药治疗组(对照组),两组患者均按时给予基础治疗,治疗8周后观察两组患者的愈合情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高达84.00%,显著高于对照组患者(62.00%);观察组细菌培养阳性率(14.00%)显著低于对照组患者(34.00%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论表皮生长因子联合纳米银敷料治疗糖尿病足可加速上皮生长,促进创面愈合,提升临床疗效。相较于常规外科换药效果较佳,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of epidermal growth factor combined with nano silver dressing on diabetic foot patients, and to explore its pharmacological effects. Methods A total of 100 patients with gradeⅡ and Ⅲ diabetic foot in our hospitai from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into epidermal growth factor combined with nano silver dressing group （observation group） and routine surgery drug treatment group （control group）. All the patients in the two groups were given basic treatment on time ,after 8 weeks of treatment, the healings of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （62.00%）. The; positive rate of bacterial culture in the observation group （14.00%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （34.00%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Epidermal growth factor combined with nano silver dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot can accelerate epithelial growth, promote wound healing, and enhance clinical efficacy. Compared to conventional surgical dressing, its effect is better, and it can be used in clinical practice.
