摘要
目的探讨行为管理在学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月口腔科牙科畏惧症儿童共100例,随机分两组,对照组采取常规干预方法;观察组基于常规管理方法,采用CBT方法进行干预,比较两组儿童治疗过程中的配合情况、满意度。结果 (1)和对照组60%比较,观察组配合度80%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)和对照组70%比较,观察组家属满意度96%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为管理在学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症的应用显著,可有效地提高患儿的配合度,提高家属的满意度,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of behavior management in dental fear of preschool children. Methods A total of 100 children with dental fear in Department of Stomatology from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (treated with routine intervention method) and observation group (based on routine management method).CBT method was used.Cooperation and satisfaction of children in the two groups during treatment were compared. Results (1)Compared with the control group (60%),the match degree of observation group 80% was significantly higher,the difference was significant,(P 〈 0.05).(2)Compared with the control group 70%,the satisfaction degree of the observation group 96% was significantly higher,the difference was significant,(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of behavior management in preschool children with dental fear is significant.h can effectively improve the coordination of children,and improve family satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
