摘要
目的探讨网织红细胞血红蛋白和血清铁调素对贫血在诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月在我院诊断治疗的贫血患者100例为研究对象,其中50例患者为缺铁性贫血为A组,50例患者为慢性贫血,其中炎症性20例为B组,肿瘤性20例为C组、肾病性10例为D组,另选择同期健康体检者50例为对照组。比较各组网织红细胞血红蛋白量、血清铁调素。结果 A组、B组以及C组RETHe、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCH以及MCHC显著低于对照组,A组MCV显著低于对照组,D组RBC、Hb、HCT及MCHC显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组Hepc水平显著低于对照组,B组与C组显著高于对照组,A组、B组以及C组Fe显著低于对照组,A组Ferr显著低于对照组,B组、C组与D组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血、慢性炎症性贫血、肿瘤性贫血患者RET-He显著下降,缺铁性贫血Hepc下降,而慢性炎症性贫血以及肿瘤性贫血Hepc显著上升,而肾病性贫血变化不明显。
Objective To discuss application of reticulocyte hemoglobin and serum hepeidin in the diagnosis of anemia. Methods 100 cases with anemia from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were selected as subjects. Among them, 50 eases of group A were iron-deficiency anemia, and 50 eases were chronic anemia, among them, 20 eases of group B with inflammatory, 20 cases of group C with neoplastic anemia, and 10 cases of group C with anemia of renal disease; 50 cases of health examination were selected as control group. RET-He and Hepc levels of all groups were compared. Results RET-He, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCH and MCHC levels of group A, B and C were lower than those of control group; MCV of group A was lower than that of control group; RBC, Hb, HCT and MCHC of group D were lower than those of control group; They all showed significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Hepc level of group A was lower than that of control group, and Hepe levels of group B and group C were higher than that of control group, Fe of group A, group B and group C were lower than that of control group, Ferr of group A was lower than that of control group, and that of group B, C, D Were higher than that of control group, which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion RET-He levels of iron-deficiency anemia, chronic inflammatory anemia and neoplastic anemia are decrease, Hepc of iron-deficiency anemia is decrease, and chronic inflammatory anemia and neoplastic anemia are increase. RET-He and Hepc ofanemia of renal disease is no obvious change.
