牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的效果分析

目的研究分析牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的效果。方法将48例2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者作为本次研究的研究对象,所有患者均在2016年1~12月期间入院接受治疗,且知情同意并自愿参加本次研究,设为观察组,选取同期无糖尿病史牙周炎患者48例设为对照组,两组患者均进行牙周基础治疗,评价两组患者治疗效果,评价指标包括斑菌指数、探针深度、附着丧失、龈沟出血指数,同时对治疗前、后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白变化情况进行比较。结果两组患者治疗后斑菌指数、探针深度、附着丧失、沟出血指数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后斑菌指数、探针深度、附着丧失、沟出血指数与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的效果较好,且能改善患者血糖水平,应用价值较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of basis of periodontal therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and periodontitis. Methods 48 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and. periodontitis were selected as the research object of this study.All patients were was admitted to hospital during January 2016 to December.They were informed consent and voluntary to participate in this study,and they were as observation group.48 cases with no history of diabetes patients with periodontitis at the same period were selected as control group.All the patients in the two groups were treated with periodontal basic treatment.The treatment effect of two groups of patients was evaluate,including plaque bacteria index evaluation indexes,the depth of the probe,loss of adhesion,gingival sulcus bleeding index. At the same time,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and change of glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group before and after the treatment were compared. Results There were a big differences on plaque bacteria index,the depth of the probe,loss of adhesion,sulcus bleeding index of the observation group and control group before and after treatment.The data gap was larger,and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.There was no big difference between control group and observation group after treatment on plaque bacteria index,the depth of the probe,loss of adhesion,sulcus bleeding index.There was no statistical significance （P ^- 0.05）.The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and change of glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group after the treatment were better than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of periodontal basic treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and periodontitis is good.It can improve the patients＇ blood sugar levels.It has high application value.It is worthy of popularization and application.
